Identify the handoff

The official airport page lists terminal operators and their published hours. Other companies may use licensed meet-and-greet, delivery or shuttle arrangements. The brand on a booking site may also differ from the desk operator named in the rental terms.

• Save a phone number that works on arrival.
• Provide the flight number where requested.
• Confirm walking, shuttle and parking instructions.

Late arrival and return

A desk that accepts a reservation after closing may use a separate contract-opening process or fee. An after-hours key drop may leave you responsible until the car is inspected. Photograph the parked vehicle, bay, fuel and mileage and retain the return timestamp.
