We discover operators through the IMT Madeira licensed-company register, Madeira Airport’s official desk list and identifiable public consumer brands. A legal entity and trading brand may differ. Inclusion is not endorsement.
Evidence states
Every policy field is verified, unavailable, ambiguous or stale. A verified field needs a public source and checked date. We paraphrase the applicable term and link the source; we never convert missing information into a zero deposit, zero excess or accepted payment method.
Indexing threshold
An indexed profile needs verifiable identity, contact, a source date, four useful policy categories and verified insurance/excess or payment/deposit evidence. Other entries remain visible with noindex. Matcher-required facts older than 180 days are excluded; a warning begins after 120 days.
Best-fit ordering
The matcher first removes hard-constraint failures and unknown required facts. Remaining profiles sort by completeness and then name. Affiliate status and commission never enter the calculation.
